You made it easy for me-- out of town--to sell, by being there to update and fix the condo so we could get it on the market asap!!

The whole operation was very efficient and completed quickly. We called on a Saturday and Al arrived Sunday. He was well prepared and reviewed the entire process. He answered all our questions. Al used a professional photographer for our listing and he was heads and tails above anyone else we have used. We had 3 offers all over the asking price in 30 hours. Al gave us excellent direction about these offers and how to proceed. A critical or cumbersome mistake could have been made here, but Al guided us very well. We dealt with a competitive company and their agent was not prepared well and was very unprofessional. Cell phone pictures and an unrealistic view of the market.
